“This Seems Like it’s Too Good to be True. . .”

And another email that we just received starts out like this. . .This seems like it’s too good to be true.

We generate at least 5 to 12 new “requests for information” each and every day.  There is a process that happens immediately thereafter that seems to work really well.  We instantly send out information and links to our websites, our YouTube Video Series, a copy of our most recent newsletter, etc.  Some people never contact us again and many are somewhat excited, immediately making reservations on our villa reservation website at www.osamountainresort.com.  Others shoot back an email a few days later telling us that this is too good to be true.  They cannot believe it.  They have been looking for something like this all their lives.  Are we for real?  Is this a scam?  A fantasy? A ponzi scheme?  We have heard it all. . .

I just wanted to take a moment this morning to share with you our most recent “this seems like it’s too good to be true” email from December 26th at 7:21 pm. . .

**Hello Jim,

Thanks for the very quick response. It’s usually a 2-3 day turnaround on the emails we send to our friends in Costa Rica. Ha ha. I would really appreciate if you would take the time to answer one very important question that we have. It actually seems too good to be true that there is a community like Osa Mountain Village out there.  I mean it’s exactly the type of people we’re looking to be around. And we are from New York City, so if it seems to good to be true. .it usually is.
Our question is. . .Where do you see Osa Mountain Village in the coming years?  How can we be assured that OMV is going to exist in its current form as a self-sustaining community?  Are we purchasing just a titled lot for our money? Do land owners within the community have any say /control over what happens with the remaining 600 acres? And also, is this eco-vision of yours something you always wanted to do or did the opportunity just present itself as a money making venture?
Well I guess that I had more than one question. Wow!
Thanks for your time!**
If you are in your “due diligence” phase of learning about Osa Mountain Village. .and this same question comes to you, do not hesitate to contact us immediately.  We’ll have an answer for you that’ll blow your mind!

In many respects it does sound too good to be true. That is why we are looking forward to our visit so much this February. Look forward to meeting you and asking all the expected questions:-p.
